Once you have a web site you have to decide how to maintain it. Any changes made within the first 30 days are free. After that, you will need to have a plan. Changes and additions to your web site's information, products, events calendar, and news will keep visitors returning. And newly updated web pages may help improve your search engine rankings.


There are a couple of options we offer for cost-effective one-stop-shop solutions, depending on your needs. All maintenance services provided by Burrow Designs include full testing after edits, full back-up copy of your site, monthly invoicing, and friendly, personal service.


  1. Pay as you go.
    Since most active web sites can be maintained in only a few hours per week or month, our services can cost far less than having someone in-house update it. Our hourly discounted rate is $45 for most maintenance services.

  2. Retainer.
    You can retain our services on a monthly basis to ensure most requests are completed the same day. the amount for the retainer fee depends on the need of updates, sort of updates needed, and the estimated time it will take. The average retainer is for $250/mo for up to 6 hours worth of work.

  3. Content Management System (CMS).
    You can have a content management system integrated into your web site for easy updates by someone in-house. We can offer training and consulting on using the CMS at our training rate of $50 per hour.
